In DIY Bridal Beauty, we cover professional makeup techniques so you'll look gorgeous for those photos that last a lifetime. You've heard you need to wear more makeup for photos, but that isn't always the case. What you do need is to wear more of the right makeup and I can help you apply your wedding makeup like a pro in this class.

THE EXPERIENCE

DIY Bridal Beauty is a two part lesson, with Makeup Bag Makeover happening first, to make sure you have the right products to be able to accomplish a pro-level makeup look on your big day. After we make sure you are all set with your products, we will then schedule you for a second lesson to learn all of the techniques for your look.

During Makeup Bag Makeover we will:

Choose the proper skin care for your skin type
Choose the correct textures for your skin type
Choose correct colors for a classic, every day look
Choose the correct tools for your makeup needs
Learn and understand how to look for product expiration dates
Get rid of any expired products and/or any that aren't meeting your needs
Recommend replacement items for any purged products
Learn about the brushes and tools you need to master your makeup

During DIY Bridal Beauty we will:

A customized class to be sure you know how to use your beauty products for a photo ready look.
Teach you how to apply the right skin care before the wedding day so your makeup application is easier, your skin looks smooth, and it lasts throughout the day.
Teach you how to apply foundation for photos. You need enough for the camera but not so much that you don't look like yourself.
Teach you how to apply enough blush so it will show up in photos for the "blushing bride" look we all dream of.
Teach you how to apply concealer and learn how to reapply concealer when or if you cry.
Teach you how to apply lipstick and lip liner using the correct professional techniques and so your lips stay kissable for hours.
We will help you customize and apply your entire eye look and, if desired, help you do false lashes.
I will also teach you my professional long-wear makeup techniques and how to reapply and fix your makeup if Mother Nature has other plans. Or if you cry your face off!
